Seth Cardew Wenford Bridge studio pottery lidded pot.
A small, slip decorated lidded pot by Seth Cardew (1934-2016) from the Wenford Bridge pottery that was located in St Breward, Bodmin Cornwall.
Seth was the son of Michael Cardew who worked alongside Bernard Leach at St Ives and started the Wenford Bridge pottery in 1939. Seth's work was in the Leach tradition.
Excellent condition with impressed potter and pottery seals.
Measurements: 18cm wide x 15cm diameter x 13cm in height.
