We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, therefore if we ever fall short of your expectations please get in contact.
If for some reason the product isn’t as described, we will happily refund your full purchase amount and postage costs.
If you change your mind and you no longer feel the product is what you require, you have 14 days to return the item to us. Please note, the return postage is funded by the customer and should be adequately packed, tracked and insured.
If you think that your purchase may have been damaged in transit, please contact us on the day of delivery and please take photographs of the product and packaging, for insurance purposes.
