A fine antique, matching pair of large ceramic vases by Victoria Carlsbad, Austria.
Beautifully hand painted and decorated with pink iris flowers, foliage and extensive gilt work. These elegant, yet substantial vases of large form make a real statement and work well on a sideboard or perhaps flanking a fireplace.
Both vases are stamped to the base with makers marks. Overall excellent colour and condition however one of the vases has an internal hairline crack to the rim. It is stable and does not go right the way through.
Both vases measure 30.5cm in height x 18cm wide.
