About the Artist:
Minou Steiner was born in Normandy, France, in 1939. She grew up in Paris where she was determined to teach herself how to paint and moved to London in the late 1950’s. In 1961 Minou discovered Cornwall and relocated to St Ives. She exhibited extensively in the UK, from the New Craftsman and the Penwith Gallery in St Ives to the Festival of Mind and Body in London, and in France. Her work forms part of a number of private collections throughout Europe, the USA and Japan.
