Stunning hand-painted Kashmiri table lamp.
Constructed from papier mache, lacquered and beautifully decorated with coloured leaves and scrolling vines, turned hardwood top and brass bulb holder. Some areas of wear and losses to decoration but overall does not detract from its beauty and fine detail. Hand made in India c1910.
Re-wired with inline switch and PAT tested, comes with contemporary black satin shade.
Measures: 45cm in height (including shade) x 21cm wide.
