A fine pair of Early 20th Century Chinese soapstone panels.
Decorated with scholars, ladies and prunus leaf in a traditional setting, all individually hand carved from soapstone and mounted onto hardwood panels with ornate brass wall mounting brackets.
Overall in very good condition, one small piece of soapstone missing to right hand side of tree branch.
Measurements: 35.5cm x 20.5cm, 1.2cm panel depth.
