Stunning, tall Carn Pottery Nancledra Cornwall Studio Pottery lamp base.
This unusual large, square cross-section lamp base was hand made by John Beusmans at the pottery in Nancleda, West Cornwall and is signed to the base.
Founded by John Beusmans in 1971 Carn Pottery is based at the Old Chapel at Nancledra near Penzance. Carn's instantly recognisable abstract and naturalistic designs and colour ways reflect the rugged environment of its manufacture. The pottery is fast becoming one of the most successful and collected studio potteries in the U.K.
